Turning Media Player autoload off?

I'm using W2k and cdex as a ripper. I've been through all the settings many times to see where to turn off media player autoload when I insert a music cd. And I've yet to come across any settings concerning this. I'm just gettin' sick of closing it everytime I wanna rip a new cd. Please help me and tell me how to stop this from happening. And plz don't just say look in the help, I'm delt with this for about a year and haven't been able to find anything on my own. Check out my number of posts for the number of years I've had an account here, I don't post every time I need to change something, I do make an honest effort to fix these sorts of things on my own, anyhow, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
