Wasn't sure which forum this fit in:

I'm running dual opteron on a tyan thunder k8w and since i bought the board i've been having performance issues with my gf6800 gt oc. Some non-newer, Knight of the old republic for example, games just bog it down like no tomorrow. I scrub the bios a few times to see if i could find something that *might* be the cause. No luck. Just today ran everest home edition to play around with the system and noticed something, for some reason agp is turned off on my chipset. Anyone have any ideas how to turn this on? I'm scheduling a bios update and system reinstall here coming up but, this is a problem i'd like to fix as I do that.

I don't understand as to what you mean AGP is off? Is it just not running at 4x / 8X. What is it set to in your BIOS?

video drivers are latest version also.

I'm not sure what this program means when it says agp is off exactly.

this is what is says

Field Value
Problem AGP is disabled. This may cause performance penalty.

It's enabled in Bios, so i'm not sure what's going on.

better way to explain this problem. Knights of the Old republic with slow down to slide show speeds during game in alot of places. It will perform the same at ANY resolution I put it at, from 640x480 to 1280x1024 i get the same performance in the same spots in the game. It did this with my x800 pro, and it still does it with my geforce 6800 gt oc.
