Turning 5.25" Bays into Airflow Vents

I'm really not happy with the airflow in my case and the only way I can see to improve the situation would be to remove the some of the 5.25" blanking plates and replace them with vents onto which fans could be attached.

Can any one suggest products that could help me in my cause?

A quick Google came up with this. As I have seven free bays, I should be able to mount two of these.

You could always dremel some 120mm holes into the top, side, or bottom of the case and install 120mm fans there.

What case are you working with? Make sure the Kama can fit your bays. That looks like it is designed for a Lian Li type case. also, you may have an issue matching the paint and texture if is not built for your case. If you still want to use the bays you can go with something like an 4-in-3 or iCage:
