Turn down CPU usage in console?

I have 502-cosole running at 100%. Is there a way to turn it back to 50%? In XP.

Use the -config flag to reconfigure the client.

yea but we don't like zim which is why we don't tell him....

zim- people have had issues edting config file with notepad, we always try and tell'em to use -config flag.
