Turn ATX PS into external PS

I want to use an old ATX PS to power some external devices. Can I jumper some points on the ATX connector to have +12v and +5v to the 4 pin connectors? If so, which ones? Could I wire a switch in this jumper to turn the power off?
 
Sorry, researched it myself (like I should have in the first place). Green wire (ps on) to any black(ground).
 
make sure your "external devices" are carrying enough of a pull from the PSU, as it is not good for the PSU to be on without anything drawing power from it.
