Has anyone here changed the fan on the Tuniq Tower?
I can't find any info on this fan no CFM ratings and I cant find out if anyone has changed it and gotten better results with say an 80cfm fan.

if anyone has done it I would greatly appreciate your input on this, I have this tower on an E6600 2.4G @ 3.058 and want to bring it up a bit more.

Idle: 40c Load: 63 Max the stock intel cooler had my idle temp at 52 but I am uncomfortable with a 63 load temp at 3.058...HELP!

Thanks

I put a 47cfm Yate Loon fan in my Tuniq and run it off a fan controller on the front panel. 80cfm seems awfully high and would be rather noisy.
I've only OC'ed to 2700MHz (1.375 Vcore) currently, and running Orthos for 8 hours had my temps at 42C on both cores (by CoreTemp).

Noise is definatly not an issue, my room sounds like one of the server farms here at work.
ALL of the fans in that case are TT Thunderblades (80cfm @ 21 DB) so they are fairly quiet compared to the Vantec Tornados or the Panaflo fans I had in my other system.

Thanks for the reply, I ordered a Thunderblade for it last night from newegg so we will see how much the temps drop if at all.
I may go watercooling very very soon.:D

Speaking of the tuniq, does anyone know the max airflow rate at 100% fan usage? Speedfan tells me its at 100%, but I cant seem to figure out how to modify the speed.

You should be able to in the BIOS; it could be under temp. monitoring, or something.

If you dont care about noise get a Silverstone FM121. I had one in my Tuniq and it worked really well.
