Tuniq Tower 120 Trounces Competition

Looks like the Tuniq Tower 120 cpu heatsink out performes the scythe/xp-120, and is priced really nicely as well. Thoughts?

I remember reading somewhere, that the maker of this believes the default fan is more efficient with this heatsink than other 120mm fans, because (I think) of the 9 fan blades. Does anyone know if 9 is a specifically important number with this heatsink? The delta extreme high-speed 120mm fan has like 13 blades. Would anyone replace the default fan with anything? If so, what would you replace it with?

The performance is amazing for sure, but isn't the size just a LITTLE inconvenient? I've heard of people having trouble mounting the Scythe Ninja; this thing is like the size of PSU....
