Tuniq Tower 120 & BX2

Just wanted to know if anyone is currently using this set up. Will the Tuniq tower fit on the Intel Bad Axe 2 mobo. The Tuniq is supposed to have 5.5cm of clearance over the PCB. but before purchasing I wanted to make sure the passive heatsink on the BX2 wont interfere at all.

It sure does, I have both of them in the rig in my sig. Theres like half an inch if that from the base of the fan and the NB heatsink but it still fits.
