The Tuniq 120 apparently comes with some thermal compound. Is it worth using?

I have some older Arctic Silver 3 (I think) that I've had around for quite some time, but since it's been over well over two years since I built a new box, I don't have anything newer on hand. I can order some newer Arctic Silver 5 if it will matter, but I haven't seen much in the reviews I've seen on the quality of what comes with the cooler itself.

I'm still trying to decide whether to get the Tuniq or the Ultima 90. Looks like the Tuniq is probably a bit cheaper overall than the smaller cooler once you add a nice fan to the Ultima 90, and the performance in the reviews I've seen is similar between the two. I have goten an Antec P182 so I assume I've got the space for either, so the cheaper option will probably win. If I do not need additional thermal compound, that makes it even cheaper to go with the Tuniq. However, in the past, the themal compounds or pads that have come with the CPU coolers I've used have been less than desirable.

This is for a Q6600, btw.
