will it make a differnce if i change teh stock fan on my tuniq cooler to a yate loon since i have laying around. thanks

Well, that didn't really answer your question did it?
The stock fan on the Tuniq adjusts from 1000 - 2000 RPM, pretty slow (and therefore quiet), but it still moves a lot of air.
So, it will depend on the specifications of the yate loon fan you're using. I don't think you have much to worry about though.

the specs of the yates are CFM:47 dB: 28
coudnt find specs on the 120mm fan in the tuniq tower

i was playing around with my heatsinks yesterday... my high speed yate loon (88 cfm) moves a ton more air than the stock tuniq.. so yes... as far as lowering the temperature.. i cannot say... i was too lazy to check.. but theoretically.. it should..(depending on the speed of yate loons you own)

edit:.. and im confident your yate loon does not only move 7cfm of air. lol

I would leave well enough alone. The TT 120's stock 9 blade fan is very good at what it does.I have one and swapping out the fan got me eithier more noise or higher temps or both. Not saying it cannot be improved upon, but that its not worth the hassle and the expense.

oh woops its 47 its the D12SL-12 Yate Loons

This won't help much but just my thoughts. I didn't expect the fan itself to be good but I now take it back. For a stock its surprisingly good.

I did swap fans, I used a TT Thunderblade (red 78CFM) and It lowered my temps a bit I think it was 3-5c Idle I didn't check load temps.
