Tuner frequency?

I have one of these: clicky

I currently have this setup on my big screen so I can watch and record my car. Thats in the living room. I also want to be able to see whats going on while Im with my computer in my bedroom. The easiest thing is to buy 2nd tuner, but that cost money. Other thing I had in mind is to have vcr and tuner where I have my cable coming in, that way it will broadcast (on ch3 or 4) to all TV in my home, and it does, but other channels not showing while it does this, only showing while input from cam is off. No good.

So Im wondering, on what frequency does that cam operates? I have a small 5" TV and a tuner card, perhaps I could do something with that so I could receive the signal. Please help and give other suggestions.
