I have a Aqua computer cuplex pro on a Amd X2 4400 and a Nvidia 7800GTX Danger Den water block, Using 3/8 barb's and a Ehiem 1048 pump + a Duel 80mm Radiator. Just wondering if I should attach the Cpu water block and danger den water block to each other. Or should I make the cpu attach threw the radiator then the Video card, Or does it make no difference?.

It shouldnt make much diff. I like to pass the water over the cooler item first so as not to put more heat immediately on the next component. Its going to want to settle around the same temp once balanced anyway. I just like to try to be smarter than the tubing and try and do stuff my stupid way. :D

Usually a bad idea for a couple of reasons. First of all you can get uneven flow to each component. Second of all by splitting the flow you are effectively decreasing the velocity of the water in each leg. This means less turbulence in the block and poorer overall performance.
