What do you think about this tubing?
I'm leaning towards the 1/2" I.D. x 13/16" O.D. x 5/32" Wall Clear PVC Tubing 65 PSI for the thicker wall, which should mean less kinks on sharp bends. Also I won't touch 7/16" ID tubing ever again... shit is so hard to work with.

Also I have been doing a lot of reading and it seems the best additives would be PT Nuke and Distilled Water for the mix if everything is all copper. My question is, do the Laing D5 series pumps have any metal inside that is exposed to the water or is it just plastic (like) materials.

Thanks in advance

No additives are needed for a copper/brass setup. It is only recommended in copper/alluminum setups.

The D5 does not contain anything that will have corrosive effects on the rest of your loop.

Yep PT Nuke, approx 2 drops per quart of distilled water. I have the D5 and all copper loop. I agree the 7/16 3603 Tygon was a bit of a pain to manage, but I figured out a nice trick.

Take a pair of scissors and put them inside the end, then expand the tub by pulling outware on the scissors, to enhance this stretching technique dip the tube in 55-60c water. It made it very easy to push the tubing over the D5 pump, still fit snug but was not impossible.
