I have heard a lot about concave C2D cpus being a problem in first batch processors. My E6300 @2.1 ghz usually idles at 45 degrees celsius and has a load of around 50 degrees celsius. After doing some research, I discovered these temps are about 10 degrees above what they should be given my wimpy overclock. I already reapplied AS5 twice, taking about an hour each time due to the crappy installation design involving removing my motherboard. Does this look like a problem with a concave IHS? I don't know how to take idle temperatures, but the included temperature reading program from my motherboard says that my motherboard is running at about 38-40 degrees celsius. If those are indeed my idle temperatures, are my CPU readings normal?
