Trying to stop IRQ sharing, quick question please.

To make a long story short, i've been having a nightmare with my audigy2ZS sound card sharing IRQ 18 and 19 with my SLI setup causing studdering graphics.. Im typing this right now with a 100% fresh install of XP HOME SP2, and the only driver I have installed is nforce 6.70 package. My question here is should I install the sound card FIRST, and let it take what ever IRQ's it wants, THEN install my video card drivers, and HOPE that it grabs different IRQ's?
