I've reformatted many times, this crash is a constant throughout all of the reformats. I cannot narrow it down. I've changed my hardware many times and the crash has persisted.

Can anyone help me out here? Google searches haven't been able to help me out as of yet so I'm hoping someone here is smart enough to be able to figure this one out for me.

I haven't overclocked anything; my power supply is a 750W XFX Silver rated PSU that's pretty new.
Running i5 2500k, P8P67 Pro, 8GB Ram, 6870 XFX, Asus Xonar DX audio card...

ANY idea at all what this could be? Pretty desperate here.

Thanks guys!

(Windows 7 Ultimate - 64 bit)

Despite the PSU being fairly new, it could be the source of the issue.

What parts have stayed in place when you have swapped parts in and out? Have you tried a different power supply?
Not exactly a top shelf manufacturer that you have listed as the supplier of your ps.

Ok, so after 5 days without the error, it reappeared.
I took a look at the error that occured at the same time as the crash and here is the output... I think this might be telling and it signifies a driver issue, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot drivers! I haven't installed any erroneous drivers either.

Any idea?

I assume you have minidumps enabled?
If not enable minidumps and download whocrashed.
Run Whocrashed it will most likely tell you what is causing the issue.

I recently had an issue with a computer named Andrew-PC as well it could be the computer name :D

+1 for PSU issue or your sound card take that out of the system.
