For using EAX in games i know i cannot use optical, and i need RCA to to minijack cables. But how do i connect em? on the back of my dvd/receiver i see this.

Left/Right (White - Red)
AUX (White - Red)
VCR (White - Red)
TV (White - Red)
Optical


And on the back of the audigy i see

Subwoofer
Front
Back
digital
Optical


What/how do i connect for the non optical/ 5.1 surround sound? or is the receiver of the wrong type. Thanks
 
You need a receiver with analog multichannel inputs. Yours seems to lack these. Sorry. You'll know better next time when you go shopping.
