Trying to fig out response time.

Is there anyway to find out a response time on an lcd if its not listed anywhere ie: Manual or manufacturers site?
 
List the monitor here and some folks might know what those specs are or can point you to where they are.
 
Ok i found out its only 25ms, but it says 25ms typical? whats typical mean? that it fluctuates or somethin?
 
It could mean that, or that alot of monitors have a 25ms response rate.

You want one with at least 16ms which is either eliminate or greatly reduce ghosting. 12ms would be best.
