Ok here is the shuttle:

http://global.shuttle.com/Product/b...iew.asp?B_id=31

I have a 2.4ghz celron proc

256mb kingston value ram (PC3200)

a samsung 40gb hdd

generic cd rom

I built the system, and tried turning on the computer..nothing would show up on the screen..no signal is being output

Im trying to use the onboard video...and its just not working, the system seems to be jumperless so i dont know what to do?

I pulled the RAM, and the drives...still no cake.

I dont have a spare card to test with, does anyone know anything else i could try?

I am confused big time here

That link doesn't work...don't know what kind of shuttle it is :(. Maybe tell the model number?

Do the fans turn on when you power up?

check to make sure your CMOS jumper is in the right position. Also, try putting the RAM in the other slot.

Sorry about the link not working

its the SS56L

i finally figured out that the thing doesnt accept prescott CPUs..even though it says on the box and at newegg.com

"Accepts P4/Cel CPUs with FSB of 400,533, or 800MHZ"

I was ticked, i called newegg andthey are exchaging the proc for me.
