I have been testing it for a week now... on 3 different accounts. for now yes it does pay, i haven't have any issues yet.
Basically they doubles your bitcoins in 90 days or less. So i put down $100 on 3 different accounts. I'm currently waiting on bank a transaction from coinbase to upgrade one of my plans to 1btc plan.
