• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Been away for a long time and thinking about building a new PC in a few months. What are your trusted sources for reviews now that HardOCP is no more?

I feel Anandtech has what I consider the overall most trustworthy reviews, and in many ways the most insightful as well. Quality is high, quantity not so much. I don't know any site that has been so consistently strong for so long.

For cases I like the GamersNexus youtube channel, however the videos are interminably long. I've found that starting 5 minutes in is a safe way to skip some of the repetitive ramble, and any gripes I skipped over will get repeated at least four more times.

Digital Foundry
Gamers Nexus
Linus on some things.
Buildzoid

Look for sites that include average, 1%, .01% and frame times in their benchmarks. Beware of sponsored content. I stopped reading Toms Hardware due to this.

Avoid the Verge
