Is this statement true?

An Opteron overclocked to 2.6GHz = A stock Opteron 185 (2.6GHz) = A stock FX-60 (2.6GHz)

If not, then how close are those 3?
 
I am going to disagree. Remember the memory ratios? Assuming you run 1:1 memory, then your ram will be running at 260mhz, which is a hella lot more bandwidth than 200mhz. then there's the factor of HTT multiplier.

Aside from that, for cpu only (not memory, or htt, etc) then it's the same.
