They should test a quad, good coolers come into their own with high heat sources, otherwise almost any cooler is enough for dual cores.
 
Certainly agree with that, The TRUE120 is probably the best air cooler for a quad, although lapping the base certainly helps with them. Using a black version on the rig in my sig and ive had it upto 3.6ghz with temps of 68-68-62-62. gonna lap the cpu ihs and the cooler base when i get time to do it.
