TRUE 120 xtreme push/pull setup?

I'm getting a new i7 920, with the TRUE 120 extreme rev.. C.

How do I use two fans for push/pull config? I don't have a fan controller, I want to use the mobo cpu fan connection. How do I wire up two fans to a single mobo fan connector?

btw, gonna be using the EVGA X58 E758-A1 mobo.
 
Well, you could either splice the wiring of the two fans into one power connector, or just connect one of the fans to an auxillary fan connection on your motherboard. The problem with splicing two fans together is you might exceed the amperage rating of the cpu fan connector on the motherboard, plus I don't know how the fan speed sensing will work (or not work) with two fans spliced together. So maybe that's not the best of ideas.

The push/pull config is simply both fans blowing air in the same direction. One fan "pushes" air into the heatsink, while the other fan "pulls" air out of the heatsink.

TRUE is the whole name and nothing else is required.

wiring 2 fans into 1 mobo header is not wise.
 
If youur going to use pwm fans, akasa make a pwm adapter that allows upto 3 pwm fans to be ran from the cpu header, this adapter also has a molex power connector, in this way no power is drawn from the board, merely the pwm function to control the speed of the fans. This is how my push/pull config is setup on a TRUE.
 
First, what fans are you going to use? Will these fans be PWM? You need to know the amp draw before you run 2 fans to the same mobo header, if the board can support the voltage then you will need a Y-splitter to run them to the single CPU header, same if they are PWM fans, but you will need to get a PWM (4pin) Y-splitter.
