I'm starting to go a little nuts trying to figure out why WoL isn't working, I've had it working before with my rig so I know it supports it.

This link lists my mobo and the steps to enable it in the BIOS
https://dszigeti.wordpress.com/2010/10/14/asus-p7p55d-enable-wake-on-lan-wol/

Then I've enabled it in my network adapter in Windows 10

My ultimate goal is to get it working over WAN, which has worked before, but right now I'm just trying to get it over LAN.

I have a WoL testing tool that detects for UDP port 9 and confirm my PC gets the packet while it's on but when it's off, I can't wake it.

Any thoughts?

I don't know why the idea of updating my NIC driver never occurred to me but it was as easy as that. I try to troubleshoot harder than I need to sometimes. Thank you Riouken!
