Troubleshooting Sceptre

I had just got my Sceptre X22WG and I love it. The only problem I seem to have is whenever I turn the screen off, or powersave mode goes on and I try to turn the screen on, it reads DVI input - No signal... The computer is clearly on, and my secondary screen a 19" samsung turns on and off fine. Is this normal of all sceptres or is it my GPU?
