Howdy, ladies and gents!
So I have a Samsung LED LCD UN46C5000.
TV is actually putting solid BLACK on the 1st 1/8th, and then the vertical bars on the next 1/8th section. Changed source to "antenna" and got a nice "static" test image.
Tapping / moving the tabs / TCON has little to no affect.
Is it possible to 'move' the TCON over, and connect the right side's connector to the left side's connector, to use the TCON to drive the other side of the screen? I am thinking if the issue persists (and this is a successful test), the problem is obviously the LCD. If the problem goes away, it's a bad TCON, right?
