Trouble with account

I can't seem to login to my old account (subspeed6). I have tried my usual passwords to no avail and I wind up getting my account locked. Any attempts to recover my password haven't yielded any results because I don't receive an email. (Yes, I have checked my junkmail folder.)

What can I do?

btw the account name is subspeed6...
 
Looks like I am screwed..... My last login was before Kyle's message.
 
The thing is, I am not sure which email account I tied to the old account. I only have 2 that I use for normal use and 1 for formal use. Of the two I use, one is a trash account for anything and everything and the other is semi-serious. Both of these accounts don't work.

However, I will follow Kyle's instructions to see if this gets resolved.
 
Mail me with the user name and email(s) you think might be on the account. Just that simple.
