Trouble Ordering Thermochill from UK

Hi,

I decided to order the Thermochill 120.3 from the UK directly from their website. However, I have no idea whether they are sending me the order. I ordered it 2 days ago and have gotten no response to my emails.

Anyone else have any issues ordering directly from Thermochill?

According to our system an email was despatched notifying you that we have no stock of PA120.3 at the moment - we haven't had any bounce or error reports back - any spam filters in place on the account you used? Will get Steve to resend...

There is now officially a global shortage due to ridiculously high demand (that hasn't been a gradual increase... within 5 days requirements from resellers almost quadrupled).
