trouble ininstalling premire pro cs3

so I installed the trial of Adobe Premier Pro CS3 and now post 30 days later I want to remove it. unfortunately, premier won't uninstall or allow itself to be repaired. the uninstaller runs, then locks up a very low percentage always >15%, and then it just sits there. I really don't know what to do now. I know I can't systematically go through and delete every file of the program, but I have no clue about what to do. oh, every time I run premier, all that comes up is a popup saying that the licensing has expired with the only option to close. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.
