Trouble getting to screw on fan and H110

I have a Corsair case with an H110 and a fan connected to it that has died. I want to remove the fan, but the screw in the back is blocked by the motherboard heatsink and the CPU connector:

Does anyone have any tips on how I could remove this screw without pulling out the motherboard?
 
Take one of your dollar store screwdrivers and bend a 90 degree angle half an inch from the phillips tip.
