Trouble getting ideas

I'm working on this (Link) project and I just cant get anywhere in terms of design. If anyone has some good ideas as to layout/design please lay them on me. I'm coming up dry. This is an art gallery so it has to be pretty minimalistic so there is room for the picture and doesn't take away from viewing, but it also has to look good. I'm really stumped. Any suggestions on anything?

I would use a light gray backround about like your lettering. Change the Navigation links to white then. Also I would run the Tamarind Institute across the top. That should leave you alot of room for whatever art you want to add. That is all I can think of. BTW Id leave the title lettering the same color.

Ill try that out. Anybody got any other ideas? suggest anything that will look good.
