trouble converting html form to flash

-i can make a input box and link that to a button
-i can make a listbox but dont know how to connect that to a button
-dont konw how to make a input box and listbox work together and link them to a button

my current form pure html..nonflash , how can i do this in flash??(ill kick you some money via paypal if you can help me with this--leave paypal addy with full answer)

ive searched the net for every possible iteration and couldnt find something for this help!

the thing is you have to use flash to send the form to a php or asp file to process.

what you do is build all the fields with flash, give the text fields variable names. then use the loadVariables function to send all the variables to a php file to process the form.
