We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Hi, I was wondering if there is a tool created specifically for finding and deleting trojans. At least one that is any good...thanks.

NOD32. It is not specifically for trojans, but will still be the best tool out there to get the job done.

You could also see if you can find an old version of TDS-3. It has been discontinued (so you can no longer use the full version) but I think there are still places to download the free version. It isn't exactly a remover (TDS stands for Trojan Defense Suite) but it is helpful at protecting you from getting them in the first place.
