Trojan found on AVG Anti-Virus

So today I decided to scan my computer after awhile...and during the scan my AVG Anti-Virus 7.5 Pro found a Trojan horse - Trojan horse Downloader.VB.LC which was originally Picture11.com found in C:/WINDOWS

When I look at the file in question...It is listed as Picture11 as a MS-DOS Application...The path to the application is C:/WINDOWS/Picture11.com

I don't know if it was a file originally on my computer; I have a VPR Matrix 226R

I can't seem to find anything about Picture11.com in my WINDOWS folder or about the trojan

The thing is, when I open my process, I don't see the file in question running nor do I not recognize any usually processes running.

I have deleted the file but I would like to know more information if anyone has any

Since AVG isn't the best in detection..and can have a few FPs....get some other opinions...upload the file to these online sites which run many AV engines against the file.
