trobleshooting with CD-RW installation...

I upgrade my Old Celeron 650 MHZ ,256MB SDRAM, PC last night with a CD-RW but I am having an odd issue windows start loading but just at the end of the Loading cycle my PC goes to Reboot mode by itself, Don't know why is that"

I had availabe just 550MB free space on my 15GB hard drive , the minimun requirements mention that I need to have at least 850 would that be the problem why windows keep booting on me?

any reply would be appreciate it

if u unplug the new cd drive will it boot up fine then?
