Triple Radiator setup?

Grats on the WC stuff...

I play GOW at 1680x1050 with the (02) system in sig... I get no stuttering... XP, DX9 mode.
 
It's like lag but in campaign, I could be running and it will jump or I will be shooting and turn and it will freeze for a second. It's kinda annoying, but at the same time I know this is a new system and probably needs to be tweaked.

Would mobo bios have anything to do with it? Last night when I went to install Vista I had to reboot several times before it quit locking up on me. After the Vista install it would lock up randomly at the bar across the screen part.

BTW, with my wc order I got today, I ordered some MX2. Should I take the heatsink off, clean the heatsink and processor and put the MX2 on?

Update: I downloaded and installed FRAPS and I am only getting 45fps.
