TRIM on intel RAID controller

Before you guys quick post say "TRIM doesnt work on RAID", I have the Intel x25-m G2 and 2x Velociraptors in RAID 0 hooked up to the same controller which is the native intel controller.

The SSD is not in the RAID array, however, because the mode selected in BIOS for the controller is set to RAID as opposed to AHCI, I'm not sure if TRIM works or not.

It won't work. The drive is on a RAID controller whether it is in an array or not.

It's related to the drivers that are used for the controller. Currently the only drivers that support TRIM are the default MS ones. If you're using the Intel drivers (necessary for RAID last I knew), regardless of what mode you're actually using, TRIM won't work.
