Trim flash videos

I want to trim a few .flv's to limit file size. I've seen some choices, but I'm hoping someone here has a decent one to recommend that comes without any crap-ware attached.

Get adobe premiere pro demo. Comes with a seperate program called adobe media encoder. Drag in the FLVs then in output options choose FLV then change source range to "custom" and drag the sliders around to trim clip to desired length, plus can set lower quality etc. Then re-export. Is licence free install on multiple machines kind of software that doesn't end when the trial does.

Thanks. I'm going to have to find CS4 though - still 32 bit here.
