I'm guessing that file transfers are port 5190, and DC is 4443

so you would forward

incoming tcp/4443

to

your computers IP:4443


any further problems and it's your firewalls blocking it.
 
whats the point of paying like $30 more for a firewalling router if your just gonna dmz it?
