Tried upgrading and now PC won't POST?

Tried upgrading to a PNY 6800GT and all that happens is ALL the fans spin up, and then it just shuts off. No beeps or anything. If I remove the card I get a beep and then shut off. I have already tried putting my old card back in and the same problem. What could it be? I have tried-

Resetting CMOS
Reseating card
Using a different power cable

Specs

P4C800E Deluxe
2.6C
PNY 6800GT (ASUS 9600XT)
Ultra 500W X-Connect
1GB OCZ Platinum

Did you accidentally knock the RAM out of the slot when doing this?

Wasn't anywhere near the RAM when installing the card, but will try reseating that. BRB. Pray for me m8.

I am an idiot. The P4 connector was knocked out! Thanks for your help everyone!
