ive read the sticky on how to oc your processor..and it doesnt tell me where to get the bios to do it...ive download the latest(Intel) bios for my computer...and it doesnt have any OCing options...is there something im missing? well if u guys can help that be great...hit me up on AIM if ur on im on usually..or away just leave a message ill get at you when im bacc... my aim is ExtendoClip1226

You mentioned "latest Intel BIOS" - if in that case it means you are running an Intel MADE board (ie: not a DFI/Abit/etc/etc with Intel chipset) you are pretty much up sh*ts creek as they say ;). I suppose there's a slight chance that ClockGen or some other Windows o/c tool, but not very likely.

Yup, intel boards aren't made for ocing, there made for stability

i had trhe same problem on my intel mobo.

there was no options to change

but i heard that if you replace the bios chip you can..but not too sure

Don’t think that’s the best idea... usually you buy Intel boards for reliability, if you swapped out the bios chip (if that’s even possible) you loose that, spend $100 and get your self another decent mobo.

i have a socket 478......i went to try to see if i can use Clock Gen but it doesnt have the version for my socket 478 =(
