Anybody know where I can find out the power requirements for trifire 6970s?

Plan on upgrading here soon to a 25 or 2600k, 16GB ram and a 3rd 6970 but I want to make sure I dont starve the system of power, im running a BFG 1000w PSU atm.

Interesting, though it shows me as being 50w short of the website's recommended PSU size. I also tried out the calculator they link to and it says 901w recommendation if I overclock the cpu to 4.8...

So basically, im right in the middle of it maybe working and it maybe not working lol.

Edit: Looked at the review here at [H] and they show in their 6990/6970 trifire system using 856 under full load with the 6990 OC'ed to 6970 speeds and a system setup similar to what ill be using.

Here you go, I have a Corsair 1200AX, Im running 3 Powercolor 6970 with a stock core of 940, a 2600K at 4900Mhz, 2 hard drives, 1 Cd-Rom Drive and a bunch of fans.
I have ZERO problems!

Good 1000w psu should be fine.... I am using a Thermaltake 1000w. Watercooled 6950's flashed to 6970 bios, two pumps 8 fans 2500k overclocked... Most I have seen used measured is just over 900 watts in my system full stress test cpu and gpu's... Dirt 3 benchmark maxed out at 750 watts.

How did you monitor your power usage levels?

I have a Silverstone Strider 1000W Gold efficiency PSU for one of my triple 5870 setups and it's fine.
