Trend Micro Titanium Security 2012

Trend Micro isn't bad but there are better options. If you want to pay for Antivirus - Kaspersky, Bitdefender and F-Secure are top players. If you consider free antivirus, Avast 7 provides the best protection IMO. MSE is also popular, easier to use, but doesn't provide as good of protection.

I suggest checking out av-test.org to do your own research as well.
