I need a machine to run some test VM's on - possibility of both Hyper-V and VSphere Essentials Plus. Would the Dell Studio XPS 16 with the i7-720 be able to hack say four 2003/2008 VM's? Would there be any laptop-related installation issues? Not talking about a production state, but since it's to test feasibility it needs to be reasonably nippy.
 
Let me put it this way-
I run VMware workstsation, with 2x ESX4 VMs (2gb each), 2x VSA san (384mb each), 2x Win2k3 VC vms (512 each), on a T7330 with 4GB of ram.

So, yes? :)
