transmitting audio/video

well ive been wanting to be able to play my pc games on other tvs in the house other then in my room. ive been thinking about a pratical solution to how i could do this and was always stoped by the fact wireless keyboardsand mice are expensive and hard to use on a lap well my dumb ass finally realized i could use a wireless controller. my pc outputs vga dvi and svideo and i kinda figured id want to transmit svideo to be compatable with a tv. i was wondering if anyone knew of a tranmitter that transmits pretty nice quality with the least lag possible,along with audio and mabey a wireless controller resembleing the xbox s controller as best as possible,thanks
