Transferring RAID Controller

I just put Vista on my computer, and I am now running a 500GB array of RAID 0 with 7200.10's. The problem with this is that the Adaptec Card that I had does not have drivers for Vista. All I need to do is transfer the files with that Wizard in Vista. Is it possible to physically transfer the drives from the Adaptec PCI card to the SATA on the Motherboard and use the drives in an array?

it is uncommon that raid controllers from different manufacturers use a compatible metadata format. In short: you can move the drive to a different controller, but I doubt that your data will still be available afterwards
