Okay, a friend of mine asked me to take his old notebook and copy everything to his new dekstop machine. He has files and emails and all kinds of stuff on the laptop that need to be copied over seemlessly. Both machines are running Windows XP Home I believe. So how do I go about doing something like this? Is there a program I can use to do all this?

File and Settings Transfer Wizard? ;) Comes with Windows XP, you can find it in the accessories -> System Tools folder on the start menu.
