Hi all,

I have win32 installed on a raided C drive (ICH8R - raid 1). I also have a single drive (F:) plugged into the Jmicron controller (P5B deluxe mobo). This drive has win64 installed on it.

Win32 was installed first, then win64 - so the boot loader comes up on boot allowing me to choose which partition to boot.

What I want to do is - wipe the C: drive and then transfer the win64 install over from F: to C:. First, if you could recommend a software or method of doing the transfer I'd really appreciate. Second, I'm fairly certain that unless I'm careful the whole bootloader, dual boot scenario would mean that after the transfer it wont work? What are your thoughts on this?

Thanks!

I would test -first- what happens if you disconnect the C drive and booth with only f connected.

You could also right-click My Computer and select Properties, then the advanced tab, then click the settings button under Startup and Recovery and disable the dual boot option, then transfer F: to C:.
