If someone folded under a different name for a different team, is there a way to transfer everything to a new name for a different team?
 
All you have to do is change your team number.. sadly the points will not transfer, but you can always make new ones ;)

switch names and start folding for team 33

or just keep the same name and fold for team 33 as K* said.
